Automatic Transmission Fluid Service

Automatic Transmission Fluid lubricates gears and bearings, and keeps transmission parts clean and cool. Most importantly, it creates the hydraulic pressure necessary to push the valves and cylinders that ensure smooth shifting.

Changing the ATF fluid is the best way to prolong the life of your transmission. At the minimum, we recommend you change your car’s fluid based upon your vehicle manufacturer’s required service intervals.

• Every 2 years for stop and go city driving.
• Every year if you are towing frequently.

Three Automatic Transmissions Fluid Change services are available:

Automatic Transmission Fluid Change and Flush

We will remove and flush 100% of the transmission fluid including the torque converter and then refill with new warranty approved fluid. This service enhances the performance, extends the life of the transmission and protects your car manufacturer’s warranty.

Pan Removal and Gasket/Filter Replacement

Many car manufacturers recommend changing the automatic transmission filter and replacing the pan gasket. We will remove and clean the automatic transmission pan, drain the old fluid, install a new transmission filter and a new pan gasket, then refill the system with new warranty approved fluid.

A Complete Fluid Change & Flush, New Filter and Gasket Replacement

Both the 100% fluid exchange and the transmission filter & pan gasket services are performed.
